What we collect

Information you send us: your email address when you sign up, and anything you choose to add (your name, your dog’s details, notes). The ideas form collects your message and an optional reply email; sending ideas does not enroll you in updates. If you email us, we get your email and message.

How we use it

On our production website, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits and actions such as signup acceptance and link clicks. Google may receive technical information such as device/browser information, IP address, and cookie identifiers. We do not intentionally include typed email addresses, names, or dog stories in our custom analytics events.

FormSubmit processes signup details and ideas-form messages to deliver them to our inbox. Our email providers also process messages. These providers receive information needed to provide their services; we do not sell your email address.

To send the updates you asked for, reply to you, and understand how people use the website.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or rent your information.

Services we use

Sign-up forms are delivered by email through FormSubmit. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful.

Your choices

Every update email lets you unsubscribe. To have your details removed, email unsubscribe@gopupdepot.com.
